Hi I was just wondering how much people are paying in the Norfolk area for Breaking Livery. I have a client who would like me to break her horse and have a figure in my head of what to charge but not sure if I'm being a bit cheap!

Included in the price will be all feed, hay, shavings and all the work put into the horse who is supposed to be a b******d!

Any rough price guide would be appreciated so I can just make sure I'm not under selling myself.

Hi we are in north west do charges differ a lot over the country ? we currentley charge £75 per week x

Wow £75 a week is cheap. I'm in south Herts/north London and that's what I would pay for part livery!
My friend is about to send her mare away for breaking livery and including stabling, hay, shavings, training and a handover period at the end it will be £300 a week. Perhaps we need to move!

Im paying £50pw to have our arab mare broken at the moment, i know the lady does a good job as well as she previously did my friends pony & hes come home very well behaved & level headed. There is also another lady just up the road from me who charges £65pw.

Hi thanks everyone, the figure I had in my head sounds fair. Unbalanced £300 sounds really expensive!!!

Thanks again. I would hate to think that I was under selling myself or ripping anyone off either!
