How much for DIY livery

How much would you pay for DIY livery on a small yard (approx 12 boxes with owner onsite), use of 30x50 arena with jumps, separate feed room and tack room, toilet, wash area for both human and horse, choice of 22 acres split into paddocks with all year turnout and offroad hacking around the land with natural style fences etc along the way? Thanks

I pay £28 pw for all of that minus the XC type fences and the shower.

I pay 30 a week for that in Hampshire, with 250 acres of off road hacking, owners on site, hay cut on site too

I pay £50 a month for grazing and a stable, completely DIY.

I pay £130 a month, We have around 30-35 boxes on the yard, I think that our arena might be smaller and we don't have a wash area, but we do have year round turn out and get free haylage and straw in the winter months, the YO is really genuinely nice and not insane and we have miles of lovely off road hacking!

I used to live in Somerset but now in the New Forest that would be the rough price in these areas.
Could easily pay more though and less in some areas.
