A farmer friend has been approached by some people with 4 horses who want to rent a field from him. The field is large and flat with ample room, water, no shelter, road access and has a public footpath running through. It's in the National Park.
I have never rented grazing, I always rent a stable too and I am paying £20 a week for a stable and shared grazing. He wants to know how much to charge them?
