How much - for my trailer

The plan is that we get a lorry and hopefully soon, so i just wondered what my trailer might be worth? It was made in 2000 and is a richardson rosette in good condition. The ramps could do with some attention and the paintwork isn't exactly like new. BUT the floor is good with rubber matting.

I had a look at ebay, but prices are so variable its difficult to compare. I've also looked on horsemart and i'm still not sure what i could get for mine!!

what size horses does it take?

I am browsing atm and for that age and make you are looking at anywhere between £1200-£2000

I'd say 16.2 max...

I had a similar price range in my head, but that extra few hundred pounds could really help towards the horsebox fund...but at the same time, i dont want to have to hang around to sell it.

Is it wooden floor or Aluminium?

If wooden and the ramps need attention I would say £1800 ish tbh.

But who knows they do seem to vary.

Wooden floor that is immaculate, ramps could do with new carpet and wooden slats, but perfectly useable as it is....

Is it heavy to tow ? I would think with a wooden floor it would be heavier than Aluminium .

I would think around £1700 .

Its quite good to tow, weighs 750KG according to the book.

I haven't made a decision, but i'd be happy with £1800 or there abouts....
