How much for slightly mad mare?

Will go out and win affiliated 1.20's/30's all day long. Brilliant cross country and on the flat. Sharp and forward going but safe. Well bred warmblood of some sort (I am not that into breeding...can you tell)

BUT she is a nutter in the stable. Weaves. Cribs, tries to live out. Basically a bit neurotic. Safe - no biting or kicking, but neurotic. MUST LIVE OUT and is fine to do in that respect.

Open to vet etc...
