Just wondered what people pay or would expect to pay for what I think is around 10 acres, a round pen with decent surface and a stable block with yard (4 stables and tack room) and running water/electricity included. My landlord at work has recently bought a large house and just want to rent it out to someone he knows so that it is looked after really so said I can negotiate a price with him. Problem is I have no idea what is a good price!? What do other people pay and for how much/what facilities? Thanks
