How much for this yard?

Following on from a post I put on here a few weeks ago how much should I charge for a yard with the following per month or week.....?

10 internal 16'by 16' stables
Horse walker
small indoor school
large outdoor school
lunge pen
25 acres turnout
Fantastic hacking
close to several big competition centers
Situated in North Buckinghamshire

Stables will not be offered individually but as a whole eg. To one person.
How much ish should I expect to charge?
 
I would look at what you could get per stable (round here it would be £20/week) and then knock some off as the money is all coming from one person so maybe £150 - 175/week
 
I'm no expert but i would hazard a guess of about £1000 per month for a nice set up loke that.But that is just my little opinion!!.

Don't know the rates in your area but I know a yard near me that had 12 stables (wooden outdoor), an office, large outdoor menage, carpark individual turnout & reasonable hacking. There was no indoor school, no walker or lunge pen & that was rented at £750 pm (2 years ago).

I don't know if that helps you at all.

Looking in H and H you couldn't rent this for less than £1500 a month, but perhaps settle for £1000 and know it will go. If you filled it with DIY's at £25 each that would be £250 a week. Depends on what you are expected to do as extras, like maintanance etc. What about their rates, they could be sky high with an indoor..
Our factory was the same size as a decent indoor and that is £60k a year!
 
a yard near me is going for £500pcm & has the following:
4 12x12 stables, 2 16x12 stables, 1 tack room 10x12 & 2 acres of grazing - very poor grazing at that. Brilliant hacking, near to competition centres. No arena or horsewalker.

I think you should easily get £1000 for it a month
