How much rent PCM for an acre of grazing sole use with stable/field shelter. Direct access to gorgeous off road riding-miles and miles of it. Decent post and rail fencing. Other horses over fence so naglett isn't completely alone.

Price if owner supplied water and if supplied your own. Only allowed one pony/horse obviously due to size.

In New Forest area.

Between £15 (without water) and £20 (with water) per week?

I rent a 3 acre field with water for £20 per week but am in rural shropshire, so imagine down south the prices may be higher.

I pay £200 pcm for 15 acres, plus water, hardstanding and a container, with people living on site. I have a generator, but can use his electric if I ask him previously to work on lorry. I'm in Wilts, on the edge of Salisbury plain, but right on a main road, so tend to box for hacking, of which there is plenty.

Tends not to be that great. My neighbours have grass Liveries. Direct access to forest and charge £15 per week which is ridiculously cheap. Probably the maximum you would get is £40 per week. The return is much better on a rental property than on land. If you are thinking of high capital returns you have to bear in mind land has already gone up massively and the only buyers are those who want their own land but cannot afford to buy a house with land someone who already owns a house nearby and investors. You are unlikely to get development value in the forest
