The Shetties have half a bale a day and the big uns have 2 bales a day. I feed it once in the morning and then again at night. Mind you we have no grazing left and have had snow already. Is this unusually high?

He's eating around 5lb per night at the moment and the bale is lasting about 2 weeks (middle sized bale). It's working out at about £5/week (and £1 for straw).
