Ok guys i need your help how much would you say :

16.1hh 6 year old gelding

Amazing young KWPN sports horse who will excel in any sphere

Fantastic bloodlines including Elmshorn, Lord, Capitol I and Ramiro Z to name a few

3 amazing paces with a huge careful scopey jump

Out competing BD at novice level and getting great comments such as 'fantastic future prospect' will be doing young horse classes this summer

Also out competing BSJA going clear BN and Discovery on a ticket

Ready to gain double clears to qualify second rounds next year

Hacks out alone and in company, fantastic to shoe, box and clip

This super little horse has a great character and needs to be out competing so he goes to the top, which he has the potential to do

I'd say up your price by at least £1500 probably more. He's a lovely sort and worth every penny.

not wanting to teach my granny to suck eggs but I was told Ty was 16.2 - measured him and he came up 15.3! There might be a few more inches in him if you measure yourself with a stick (unless you already have!)

x

Didn't think you would!!!

He looks lovely though - good luck finding him a nice home where he will reach his full potential.

I'd say if you have time to wait for the right buyer, put him up for £9k, and if you need a quick sale £7k.

You could ask for more and keep your fingers crossed, but then if you have to re-advertise later for a lower price, people will wonder why he is not worth what you origanally thought and be put off.

yea i have he actually has high withers and doesnt seem that big from the floor but he rides quite big which helps !!! he is also still growing i think !!

well im not desperate to see him really just advertised to see what interest i got !! ive had loads of people but they are all up north !!!

Ive put him up for 9.5k im affilaiting him next week so we will see as he does more !!

Kelly I said id swap you x x

ahhhh - he's a stunner though! Maybe a bit small for some eventers etc?

do you think i should advertise him at 16.2 then ??? im sure he would event he doen SJ and Dressage but im a wimp when it comes to XC !!! but im sure he would do it

what do you mean - small for eventers?

a 15'2 horse went round badminton last year! My YOs son has just brought their 'badminton bound' 3yo and its only going to make 16hh....

Blimey Kelly - a swap, go for it...hehe

I'd say your putting him around the right price - seems horses these days go for ridculous amounts. He is stunning

I'm sure he would too but some people have this strange idea that if a horse isn't over 17hh it can't do anything....very odd!

TBH, I prefer a slightly smaller horse - find really large ones hard to keep together but that's probably my complete lack of experience!

See below - I'm going by alot of peoples preconceptions - give me something around 16hh every time!

I'm sure others have better experience of this - just going by what I've heard others say......
