Morning all!

Just curious as to how much hi-viz everyone and their horse wears out and about? I'm planning on starting to walk my two out in hand together soon, and whilst there are plenty of off road bridleways around, there are country lanes/main road to get to most of them, and I want to be safe and seen. Other half is saying I'm being overkill with it, as it's only a short walk on roads to these lanes, but surely too much is better than not enough?! I'm looking at tail tassels, leg bands on all legs, a neck band and me in a high viz bib. What's the general HHO consensus?
Be aware that if you are leading 2 together that their bums will tend to block out anything you are wearing (ie their bums end up quite close together and will hide you from behind)
So make sure there is something like a tail flap / tail light so they are visible from behind.
I used to have to lead my 2 to their turnout along a quiet country lane. I sewed reflective material to their rug tail flaps and also attached red led light when possible.

They will be led one at a time if we get round to it, think I'd be pushing my luck leading two together! Thank you for your advice
