How much honey to feed to a headshaker???

I've just been out to buy a pot of honey from my nearest beekeeper (2 mins away as the crow flies) to give to my headshaker as he's suffering quite a lot recently. Haven't tried it for HS before (but see my other post on huge improvements wrt mud fever!!) so just wondering how much people give?? He's a 16.1hh warmblood - about a tbsp per day perhaps?? He gets fed morning and night. Thanks very much!!

I've not tried honey with mine as I've found that a nosenet is the answer for him. Have you tried one? They do seem to make a difference to a lot of horses.
