She is NOT for sale, i only just bought her and want to know if i overpaid so please don't delete!
For lola as its hard to compare with market as there are so few exmoors around (there are only estimated 500 exmoors left in the world)
So Lola is 2 years, to make 12- 12.2hh, half anchor bred (wild herd) her grand sire is pernod who is a famous exmoor that went to horse of the year show.
Home bred at small exmoor stud. Sire seen and is ideal exmoor type with gentle, nice temperament. Lola is officially registered and branded with the exmoor society. Good paces with good, active hind leg. Ideal conformation, prospect for county exmoor classes. Good jump. Also excellent broodmare prospect.
Only thing which would bring her price down is that she was completely unhandled.

The Exmoor foals brought straight off the moor sell for no more than about £50 at the sales and often a lot less :(

Unfortunately there really isn't much of a market for them - but good luck with your youngster - I am sure she will make you a fab pony :)

All the ponies in my sig are from the Anchor Herd - they may be Lola's relations!

oohh i paid quite a bit more than that :P
I know new forest colts go for about £30 and usually fillies for £70 but thought exmoors would be more because of being rare! and more pure bred than new forests.

According to Wikipedia, there are about 2000 Exmoors globally, but only about 250 that are able to breed, which makes yours pretty rare. Mind you I don't know how up to date that info is.

When I bought my Exie colt at the Exmoor sales (no, I mean when Ravenwood MADE me buy my Exmoor colt..LOL!) he was £50 which is about the going rate for colts. I noticed the fillies, all wild off the moor, were more expensive, about £80 to £200.

All pretty disgraceful, in my opinion, that such a rare and ancient breed which has been so carefully preserved and brought back from the edge of extinction, should be so cheap.

Ooops went off on one there....edited to say I guess your filly, if she might be considered good breeding stock to help preserve the breed and depending on her conformation, ought to be worth £200 to £300.
