How much is should i charge?

for a small yard of 6-7 stables with 5 acres for 2 possibly 3 horses on Dartmoor national park. I am looking into this on behalf of the owner of the yard. he only wants one person renting it as he doesnt want people falling out. They are old stables but he is going to be replacing them with new stables and there is no water or electric. so water would be rainwater harvesting and a gene for electric.

i thought maybe £20 per horse

i rented a yard with 4 stables (built inside an old barn) and 5 acres, it was situated just south of Bath and i paid £40pw for the lot. that had tack room, storage, electric and water.
don't know if that helps you or not though!

With the new stables I'd say £15 - 20 per horse per week. Fabulous location, I bet this will be snapped up in no time.
