How much livery do you pay each wk?

Thanks everyone this really gives a good view across the board. I think it varies considerably depending on location but even so it shows that it can be done on far less. There is hope for my bank balance, well once winter is over. :)

I pay £20.00 p/w ( x 52 / 12 = £86.66 p/m per horse) DIY for a stable and a 2 acre paddock per horse. No restricted turnout 24/7 365 if I want ( I have two horses) I also have the use of a 60 x 40 arena. Obviously I do everything myself but to be honest I prefer it.

During the summer I only have the cost of the odd bag of feed, But what I usually do is buy all my hay/haylage and bedding in bulk in june-august when the price is a little cheaper and then I don't get caught out by any shortages etc.

My 2 are on Full livery, at the moment Cappy is £60 a week, Fany is £50 because she is still out. For that we get total care for them except grooming and riding, I also provide Cappy's food. But the haylage is excellent, bedding is included, although I do buy special bedding for Fany 'cos she is the wettest, dirtiest mare I have ever met! The care mine are given is as good as the YO's own horses, we have free use of indoor school. And she sometimes throws in free free range eggs and a cuppa. Overall I really like our yard and YO, we realise we are lucky, some people don't have it so good.
FDC :)

£25 each p/w for two DIY stables and turnout, which includes use of school, tack room and storage. Yard has access to good hacking too.

£10 each p/w for ad lib hay.

I buy shavings for £6.50 per bag as and when I need them. Will take the plunge soon and buy my own pallet, but just put car through major service, MOT etc. and feeling a little light of wallet!!

I buy my own feed from the local feed mill. Probably averages out at about £8 p/w for both horses.

It's a small, private yard offering DIY, part or full livery. It's not plush, but I love it! :)

I pay £110 per calendar month, diy. (So about £28pw). This includes hay/haylage but not bedding.

We have an indoor school, outdoor schooling field and showjumping area, some xc jumps and we can ride round the fields of the farm when the ground is suitable. You are informally expected to keep your horse out 24/7 in the summer but this is not compulsory by any means.

My yard is in Croft in Cheshire, I pay £50 pw per horse for assisted DIY, YO feeds and t/o in the morn and catch if im not down by 5pm, she will also do haynets for me everyday and lunge them if I ask her too. This price includes very good quality haylage and use of indoor and outdoor schools.

£12 p.w per horse & stable (have 2), all year turn out in their own 3 acre field. no school or any other mod cons tho!

Looks like I'm leading on expensive - Part Livery excellent care and facilities (aside dog pee issue) hot wash box, two schools, training mirrors, post and rail fencing, hacking on private estate £485 per calendar month all year (just gone up £20 due to hay shortage) Last yard was £98 and they had filthy beds and not enough forage although facilities were good they were deteriorating rapidly.

Was on DIY but by the time I had paid DIY livery £38 a week, paid for extra services because of work commitments it wasn't worth the hassle now with hay prices so high its even less attractive.
