How much more could grow?

My youngster. We didnt know how old he was (vet said 3 1/2 last nov) and yesterday we had the dentist out to him and he has said that he is 2 1/2 rising 3! He is currently 13.2hh and hes a cob. He has had a bad start in life, as we rescued him, he was malnourished and very thin, (and still only has a yearling length tail!) So i no that this may slow his growth down a bit. What do you think he could make when he's fully grown?
Just to re cap, he's 2 1/2 yrs old, and 13.2hh.

He'll probably not grow more than an inch or two but should fill out.

I don't know much about cobs but he cold grow a bit taller and will certainly fill out. Maybe the breeding forum would be the best place to post on this since he is a youngster? My warmblood was measured at 16.2hh at 5 but was 17hh at 6. He is now 8 and has not really gone up again but he has filled out - he is now a bigger rug size than at 6 - bah - more new rugs to buy
