If you where at a yard where you had no contact and paid your livery weekly, then how much notice would you give the YO that you were leaving???

Poll especially for ChristmasCarrie1983

What tia said BUT if you wanted to stay on the good side of the YO it would be worth giving as much notice as possible. No point in burning your bridges unecessarily, I always give a months notice not matter how the livery is paid or what the contract states.

If you have only ever paid weekly for your livery then you would only need to give a weeks notice. In reality I would give two weeks, it gives you more time to move all your stuff & give the YO a little more time to arrange for someone else to fill the vacancy. You would also remain on god terms with the YO.
Maisy, as for paying a month & leaving when you want, Why? I'm not into giving away money for absolutely no reason

I put other, if I wanted to stay on the right side of the YO (not burning bridges and all that), I would chat to the YO and come to an agreement. If I just needed out then probably 1 or 2 weeks notice.
