its just a local show.
Mouse is currently without a saddle (hopefully coming this week)
he has therefore not been ridden for about 2 weeks but has been lunged/walked out 3/4 times a week to try and keep up fitness..
the show is two weeks away. (15th July)
i just want to do a few classes (pony club pony, working hunter pony and poss. dressage)
would really love to go...do you think we'll make it hehhe :P ...fingers crossed...

Depends how fit he was before & if there was a long hack there & back too. If its near or you have transport I would go but play it by ear, the minute I thought he might be tiring & not 100% I'd give the benefit of the doubt & go home. Sure he'll manage at least one class though, maybe more if they're only short.

I took a pony out to do an in-hand class and a ridden class at a show last year. Said pony came out on a tether everyday for a few hours as she was a right royal b**** to catch and she got only got broken to ride 11 days before the show, learning to canter on the Monday and learnt to gallop in the ring. It was a Shetland mind you but I am sure your lad will be grand if you are trucking to and from and plan on using him as your armchair all day :-)
