How much? really sorry

I've found a horse for my friend, and she sounds almost perfect, but i'd like a bit of advice on the price, if you don't mind

15yrs old, 15hh grey connemara x anglo arab. has bred 3 foals, allrounder, forward going but not stupid, lives out, 100% box shoe...etc! full papers, vaccinated, wormed...etc!!

At 15 years old, I would say between £1700 - 2000....def. no more....

Unless there is something remarkable about her that would warrant a higher price?

If it hadnt of bred so many foals i would have said bout £3000, looking at the market, but now i would say £2000 ish depening what the price includes.
