How much rent should i pay per acre for grazing with no water?

Hi Guys, My grazing agreement expires in a months time and I have been notified of a rent increase.

I'm not sure how much I should be paying, any ideas?

Details:
15acres, secure perimeter fencing, no water supply, agreement is for a maximum of 7 horses.
Located in Pulborough, West Sussex.

Its not really a question of what you should be paying more a question of what your landlord wants to charge and whether you want to accept it.

Land for rent is a scarce commodity and your Landlord may also have done his homework.
