how much rent would you pay for....?

As above, how much rent do think the below could be advertised for:

- 3 stables in self contained block
- 3 acres grazing, split into 3 paddocks with good fencing and automatic water troughs
- Shared use of 50 x 30 school
- Shared use of barn
- Shared use of secure tack room
- Own feed/storage room
- Off road hacking stright from yard
- water/electrics to be included
- lorry/trailer storage

Bear in mind we are in Shropshire so imagine would be more reasonable than the home counties.

That's really helpful guys - I was thinking around £250 - £280, but being a farming area was worried if that was too steep.

Down south the average rate is £100 per stable (with at least an acre per stable) plus £ 100 extras over all for sole use of school. But deduct if no electric or water. So around £ 400pm if sole use. If not I would then livery is around £100 per horse so as people would want to b cehaper than having 3 on livery i guess a max of £300 but £250 would b fab.

I would say you're spot on with £250/£300 a month.

I think if facilities are top class then you can definitely charge the higher amount, if not a bit more.

i have very similar set up in cardiff tho we have four stables and about 10 acres split into four paddocks we pay £320 a month
