How much salt to feed?

Ive started feeding my boy salt as he's in quite hard work and is sweating a fair bit.

But im not really sure how much to feed? Ive just been pouring a little bit in the palm of my hand.

Do any of you guys know hom many ml's? he should have? He is 15.3hh and well built if this makes a difference.
