How much sand would I need for a 60x60 arena at 3 inches deep for a jumping arena

Lots! Sorry, not overly helpful.

There will be a calculation available of how many cubic metres of sand that you need based on the surface area in m2 and the depth in m. Then converted from m3 to tonnes, as large loads of sand come in tonnes.

Is that just for a top up?

The volume of sand is 274.32m3, which assuming a denisty of dry, loose sand of 1.442t/m3 (1442kg/m3) it is going to be ~395t.

I know someone who built a 55x25 for 25k but they built it themselves to save cost..was an all weather surface and 2 years ago
So bigger and paying people to built it like 40k? Maybe?

I think I had 80 tons on a 20x40 so that would be 360 tons.

we had sand and pvc.

they actually put in too much so it is deeper than it should I think it was 4 sand to 2 pvc
