That is really cheap!

One of my farriers is £65.

The other was charging £95. £75 for shoes and £20 for travels. It is one of the reasons I am sending my loan horse back.

RS farrier does the big ones shoes for £45!!!

The little nippy ponies have really good feet so don't need shoes.

Bloody hell.....

really? Gosh...ahve been out of the loop for a while then...

I remember paying £30 or less for ponios shoes

£75 a set, no travel included because horse is at a RS so he always gets lots of horses to do so no travel charged basically a group discount

ours tends to vary either time! i think sometimes he makes it up, but i guess it works out at about £56 each

hmm so about average, bit under

fair enough... i have nooo idea about prices for anything lol

shared between me and a mate so isnt v expensive at all

My farrier charges £60 per set and round here that is quite pricey. The cheapest being £46 and most being around the £50 -£55 mark. But IMO you get what you pay for and my farrier is fab.

£55 for a new set and a pair of leather pads. My farrier always comes the next day aswell and also hot shoes which is a must for me.

I have to have another farrier for my cob who charges £68

She only goes 6/7 because her feet grow over the shoes as they are too small.

I pay getting on £70 with the usual farrier for the horse I ride with road nails, my farrier charges £15 for a trim and when I took the horse I ride to work it cost me £50 with road nails (bargain!!)
