How much should I offer for this saddle?

As the mare's not pregnant the plan is to ride her over the autumn and winter until she goes to stud next Spring. Well, it'll probably be my son doing 99% of the riding, I might sit on her once or twice - I'm not into riding! I have a friend who is selling a virtually brand-new (used about 4 times) Wintec VSD saddle, adjustable tree. It looks totally brand new and is spotless. Apparently it was £310 new - what should I offer for it?

Around half price perhaps? I am not sure what this type of saddle goes for second hand.
