Im realy rubbish at valuing horses so could do with some help, I am being given a 13.2/14hh 4 year old coloured cob, will no real talent (Eg. jumping etc..) but a great allrouder and an amazing temperment, a good build, even markings, easy to do in and out of the stable! Good family type. The only reason I am being given it, is because my cousin know decides horses aren't her thing. I will just really give the horse some expereince, and take him to some local shows, does anyone know what price I should be looking at when I come to selling him. I have a rough idea, but thing it is really to high.

My goodness you southerners pay a lot for your neddies!!! Here ooop north I would say £1500-1800 since he's quite small he's gonna get outgrown fairly quickly by people.

I wish they did! Have only moved down here recently and sold most of my young horses to people up north!
They are far more willing to pay for what they get! After all what price do you put on safety!
