How much 'stuff' do you keep at your livery yard?

Our yard is quite good for keeping stuff. We all share the tack room and rug room.

We each have a rack outside our stables for rugs in use, tack room we can keep our - saddle/s bridle/s, grooming stuff, all of our bandages saddle cloths which we all seem to collect at our yard, first aid stuff, tarvel stuff and hats.

Rug room, we have quite a few racks but I think we get use of 2 each so I just put some over others and we also have storage for rugs that are bagged and not in use. All alarmed.

If I didnt have this at my yard I think I would keep tack etc at home.

Think Im going to invest in one of those storage sets from Argos tho!!

we have saddles, numnahs, bridles, lunge stuff, tack basically in the tackroom. Then we're lucky enough to have an empty stable to ourselves which has the horses rugs, grooming stuff, and feed in and a chest of drawers packed with stuff!

I keep loads of stuff at yard which doesn't even have a lock on the tack room door!

Having said that, we are MILES out of the way, there is someone always on site, and YO's dogs would have their arm/leg off.
I might bring some of the stuff I don't use back home though as all this talk has made me nervous!

i'm really lucky at my yard. each livery has a 'store'- which is basically an extra stable that we can put stuff in. as i have 2, mine is huge- i keep everything apart from my saddles (which stay in the tack room) in there- my hay, bedding, 100's 0f rugs, and general crap that i seem to have accumulated!
