I think it varies really, depending on how busy the forum is, how busy I am and things like that. I've spent more time on here lately, mostly because I'm riding again so actually have things worth posting about I guess

Too flipping much!!!!! Usually at least an hour but always very late at night. I get withdrawal symptoms if I can't get my Forum hour!!!

I am a member of sevral forums, and moderate on one. Between them all, I spend enough time to qualify for a 12 step program.

It really depends though if I am busy then it is even less, my OH recently had 3-4 weeks off work and also a holiday booked so I hardly came on at all but now he is back at work and I have more time on my hands I am on here quite a lot.
Howevere I go through phases with the forum (and another non horsey one) I may use both constantly, just one or none at all.
I would like to put my name down to the 12 step program though with PucciNPoni!

I only come on here when I am at work, so I'm practicly on here 5 days a week all the time I am at work lol.
Never come on on weekends or evenings though
