I am looking to part-loan my horse out, 5 days a week as I am pregnant. He is 15.1, 12 years, bit of a schoolmaster and 99% bombproof on the roads, hacks alone and in company but needs a confident firm rider or he will take the p***. He is a lovely boy, jumps anything, well schooled, has hunted.
He is on a private yard with one other horse, fantastic hacking and fields to ride in with jumps BUT no school. Stabled at night in winter, out otherwise.
Do you think it is reasonable for me to ask £20 a week? Or is that too much? I would pay for insurance, feed, bedding, hay, shoes, vets etc, so that I can ensure he is kept in the way I cant. Or do you think that's too much money? I am in the North East/North Yorkshire area.
