HOW MUCH......to get rugs washed and reproofed?.

Hopefully unless we get an artic storm i wont be needing to use them again this side of October so they need to be washed and re-proofed.What is the average do you pay to have stable rugs washed and medium turnouts to be washed and reproofed?.And a few bits of repairing.Notthing major just a front clip missing (which i have).And a couple of small tears (about 2inches).So i have about 6 rugs to do in total!.Thankies.

my T/O`s cost me £17.50 for wash and proof dont know about stable rugs as mine was out all year

My stable rugs cost £8 to be cleaned, T/O's £9, fleeces £5. Reproofing is £7.50 and all always come back like new

I'd hold off if I were you - local radio have just said there is a small chance of snow by the end of the week!

I dont get mine done until June....you can get caught out living in Britain!

For a turnout and neck I pay £17.50 for wash, dry,de hair, mend and reproof. I think stable rugs work out at around £9/10 each.

Yep, too early!! We've had a snow shower in June before

£6 for TO to be washed and dried in industrial machine. I think the reproofing is another £4. Apparantly, modern breathable rugs don't need reproofing for a few years! I never have mine reproofed these days and I've never had one leak!

Our local tack shop does each rug for £5, plus another £5 for waterproofing T/Os.
