how much to offer?

17hh 13 year old mare, hacks alone & in company,x/c & hunted. good to clip/shoe/load etc,fine out with mares/geldings/ponies.
won a few unaffliated x/c & sjing, good flat work.

friend is going to see it but they are very sketchy about how much they want

what would a reasonable amount for the above
