How much to pay a show groom

I am in Derbyshire, which part of Derbyshire are you?
 
I was grooming for cousin last season while getting my own little mare ready to compete, now that she's ready we are worring about the lack of extra hands. We keep the girls in the back garden so have no-one on the yard to grab plus friends and family wouldn't really give up the whole day to watch us mess with ponies.
All we really need is an extra pair of hands to hold horses, hold the car keys, watch the box while we walk courses or even just hold Clover while we fight Kali into the box! Unfortunatly I don't know how to go about finding someone like that, we can't offer a space going to shows as we have 2 horse in a trailer, I only teach at a novice/kiddy level and I don't think either of us could cope with an over-enthusatic kid.
 
That's just what I need. I have not had to deal with course walking yet because I could not the last time I did SJ on him recently because of the hassle of getting him held and remounting.
