How Much - to rent a 10 box stable yard....?

We have a 10 box yard that we are thinking of letting at some point in the future and wondered if you guys had an idea of what we should ask.

It has 10 internal boxes
About 12 acres of grazing (in 3 fields) - more available
An all weather uphill gallop
Planning for manege (we hope to get this in before we let it)
A 4 horse under cover walker
Tack room, toilet and kitchen area (all a bit tatty but would be done up!)
A two bedroom mobile home with elec, water etc.
Situated near Glos borders with Wales (near to good road links)

What do you think? Any thoughts / comparisons welcome!
 
250 to 300 per week on a self insuring (liability) and self maintaining ( keep tidy repair as necesary, fert, roll and top fields as req) basis! Rates , water and electric as billed! Better to let to one individual than individuals! More rent if you do the maintenance and ield maintenance! Is it a self contained unit? Business use applied for? etc. Good luck sounds like you have all the facilities required when you get the menage in

The mobile home is good quality and has the right planning for permanent residence so it is a self contained unit with accom. It does have business use at the moment.
I guess we'll advertise if / or when we decide to go ahead and see what happens.
