How much to rent field for horse/sheep

Afternoon,
Does anyone know the going rate to rent a grass field for horses/sheep?

land is approx 2 acres, is fenced apart from on 2 sides. Needs water.

what sort of money would be the norm?

Depends where you are in the country - i rent one similar, for £100 a month in Dorset.

Depends on grass quality, amount of weeds too. Not all land is equal in quality, and can vary quite a bit, thus prices vary wildly.

Where I live, it’s £50 per acre for horses.

Depends where you are in the country, what maintenance you're expecting to do, etc etc.
I pay £100/ac/pa

Thanks everyone for your replies, something to work with. Can I also ask if you have a written agreement or anything signed before letting the grassland?

Most people would do it under a license to graze, you are then just have the right to graze the grass crop.
