How much to rent field

Hello All

I know that you helpful souls will be able to help me with this one. I have been asked to rent out my field but I have no idea how much to charge. It is 4 acres of fabulous old cow pasture. It has a plumbed in waster supply. No field shelter as it is completely surrounded by trees and hedges. It is fab in winter as it is so sheltered. We're in NorthLincs / Sth Yorks so it won't have a 'down south' premium but any thoughts are greatly appreciated

We used to pay £450 for approx 10 acres of pasture with water. we are down south.

I pay approx £40 per acre per annum but that does not include water supply. Also it is not 'good' grazing in the agricultural sense but very useful for horses.
Yours should be worth £60 per acre per annum at least. Ask £10 per week per horse less for ponies

I pay £600 per year for 2 1/2 acres with no water supply in Derbys.
