how much weight?

Depends on horses age, condition, how fit, what level of work its doing, build/ amount of bone. Could be anything from 10 to 15 stone depending on the above factors. How longs a piece of string lol.

my connemara x tb -15.2 mare carried me when i was 15stone, no problems, she'd jump anything and never ran out of steam, however, now she's a bit older and ive lost weight i wouldnt want anyone over 11.5stone to ride her! but she is 27 so worry about her back now haha!

but i always thought something along the lines of 1 stone for each hand they are! obviously on a cobby type not a tb type haha!

Shes in quite fit condition and shes 7, my friend would only be hacking out about 3/4 times a week with the odd canter/gallop. With jumping now and again also. The girl is 5'8 and about 11 and a half stone but she is quite long in the leg

Hard to guess without a pic but as a rule I'd say any cob or native of 14h should be absolutely fine with that weight & height.
