can a 12.2hh welshy carry?? i saw a pic the other day on the interweb of someone who looked really quite big on one, so was just wondering how much they can carry?

Well there are a lot of factors to consider; however a grown, muscled and fit 12.2hh native should easily be able to carry at least a 9 or 10 stone person.
