How much will my yard be worth....?

Hi,

I am looking at renting out my yard which has 5 boxes plus a wash box, huge feed room, and huge tack room. There is about 10acres of grazing. All with hot water supply. Great hacking, and use of a menage which is 10min hack.

Its been a few years since it was last rented, how much would this yard be worth at the present time?

Any ideas??

Yes, full electric, with electric groomer, wash box with heated water, heated tackroom. Lights etc etc. We are in between Aylesbury & Leighton Buzzard, 20mins from Addington, 30 mins from MK Eventing Centre, 5 mins from Wing Jumping & Dressage Centre, 45 mins from Patchetts, 1hour from aston le walls. We were thinking £700pm.

i think thats quite alot considering there is no school if im honest.. i would have thought 500-550 would be more realistic? because you can get livery for 25/week inc school etc...

I would say £700 is a bit expensive in the current climate, i have 8 stables, 20 acres 2 storage containers, 2 sheds, and an outdoor school and i dont pay much more than that

that does include a school which is a 5-10min hack or 2 min box away....

I rent a yard oop north which has 8 stables; tack rooms and storage, 5 acres and outdoor school - pay £500 pcm.

I rented similar and that had a school as well and I was paying £500 a month. The school was not great but at least there was one. I think £700 is too much as you would expect to pay £25 per week for DIY with a school in that area.
