oh my goodness, he is absolutely gorgeous

lucky you, I hope you don't have to sell him! why not put him on loan, if you can't afford livery feed etc? I'm terrible at prices, but I'd say he's worth up to £6000, in the market at the moment anyway

Sorry to hear about you losing your job. If he's on livery I'm sure YO would be understanding for a couple of months until you get sorted. Maybe you could help out on yard as part of stabling/livery? Hope you find something soon cos I'm sure you don't want to part with him

I agree with the others 5 - 6k mark.

HOWEVER, don't sell him. You will regret it soooo much.

Something will be around the corner.

he's lovely dont sell him, can you get a sharer to help out with money costs for a bit? theres always people looking for horses, especially when they can do as much as your boy has! sharing him has to be better than parting with him!

No id hate to part with him, ive worked so hard with him to get him where he is now, and he has taught me sooooo much. My horses are my life!

Have you got more than one horse as you say MY HORSES ARE MY LIFE.

If so why have you chosen him to sell??

He's beautiful

He's stunning

You'd easily get 5k, in fact I'd be tempted to stick him in H&H for 7k and see what offers came in. But as others said don't sell him yet! Could you not some to some arrangement with YO as regards to livery, perhaps consider a sharer for a few months? Or work in McDonalds etc to cover costs until a job comes along?

I shared my horse with a friend of a friend when I was a bit skint, it worked really well I did her 4 days pw the other person did her 3 days. She paid me £100 per month towards bills.
Hope you manage to sort something out without selling him!!

Just to keep you all posted, i have an interview for a job on monday. I have had a word with the YO and she said she will hang on for the livery money but for no longer than one month! Which is a bit easier for me

I do have horses than him, one of the other liveries has said she will 'share' the other 2, so that will help me even more!
