sorry pidge, hijacking your thread!
megotto, no need to apologise, if posts can help people it doesn't really matter, I just treat it like an extended discussion that why I think HHO is so good
carthorse - you need to travel with the actual passport as a photcopy isn't acceptable, I've checked already on this one as I wasn't keen on travelling with the actual passports. I have photocopies at home though in case of problems.
My plating cert. says Gross weight not to be exceeded 7490 Train weight 10990. Axle 1 3000 Axle 2 5250. I persume that means I am ok with one on and should be ok with two as long as I don't exceed 7490 ,the front axle weighed 3100 unladen so thats a worry the horses are in the rear so that is ok but we have very little in the living.I wonder if when the horse is on the front might lighten
I am looking for a box to carry two. My new boy will only travel without a partition in the trailer, therefore i cant ever take two. This means i need a 7.5t lorry but need a nice short one, so only a small living. Is yours 20ft bumper to bumper cos it looks a lot bigger than that Pidge?
I think so? I know originally it was stalled for 4 ponies/3 horses so perhaps if you were to try a 3 pony/2 horse one that would be a lot smaller. I went to see one of these before I bought this one and it was a lot smaller but wouldn't have fitted mine and sisters on it as Pidge is big - 7'3" rug so needs to go on the slant even in this 8' wide lorry
