How much would you buy this horse for?

My friend is thinking of buying a 16 year old TBxID mare. She is 16.1 and an ex-eventer. She is good to school and jump but spooks a bit on the road. She is for sale for £2000. Does this seem an ok price or should she be more/ less expensive?

16 year old? I wouldn't pay more than one thousand, sorry. You don't say what level eventer or why it retired. (Age or unsoundness, etc).

I didnt pay no where near as much as that for my horse that i bought last year, and he is 15.2HH 14 year old(at the time) who had evented.
I would say over priced.

The price is OK if the horse is experienced and sound and will act as a schoolmaster for your friend (who hopefully doesn't want to do too much roadwork). If it doesn't tick those boxes it may be too much money

if the horse evented to a decent level & will act as a safe schoolmaster & is sound it could be worth significantly more than £2k imo
