How much would you charge for this...???Part 2!

Hi all! You probably read the 1st part to my previous post about this yard.
The yard (small, quiet and private) consists of:
Excersized 3/4 times per week.
Owners on site 24/7
12 x 12 Stables, rubber matted.
30 x 60 Floodlit outdoor school.
5 Horse walker.
Horse Swimming Pool and 'Drying off' Stable.
Small Gallops.
Jumping paddock.
35 Acres post and rail fencing.
24/7 Turnout though summer, then out in day an in at night through winter.
Hay/Haylage/Bedding/Feed inc in price.
In Scunthorpe.

Ok, well, Ive found out that the price was going to be £75 for 5 day full livery, and £90 for 7 day full livery.

Do you think this is reasonable? Expensive? Or should the price go up abit with the amount of facilities?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Sounds cheap to me! I was paying the 7 day livery in my last place and it didn't have rubber matting, thay didn't exercise her, there was no pool or drying off area, no horse walker, it had an outdoor arena but was 3/4 mile walk away!

You would have a queue a mile long down south for all of that for that price

I agree with madmav, if you had the yard around Cambridge, Royston or Saffron Walden you would be looking at about £150 plus per week!
