Just a rough guide on how much you would charge for full livery 5/7 days, with excerising 3 times per week. The yard (small, quiet and private) consists of:
Owners on site 24/7
12 x 12 Stables, rubber matted.
30 x 60 Floodlit outdoor school.
5 Horse walker.
Horse Swimming Pool and 'Drying off' Stable.
Small Gallops.
35 Acres post and rail fencing.
24/7 Turnout though summer, then out in day an in at night through winter.
Hay/Haylage/Bedding/Feed inc in price.
What would be a reasonable price?

P.s Its in Scunthorpe!
Thanks!!!

i pay £60 a week for full livery which includes all hard feed and feeding, straw and hay (12lbs a night), mucking out, turning out and bringing in and rug changes.

it had an indoor and outdoor school, owners live on site, 24/7 turnout in summer - 6 hours a day winter, 300 acre field so lots of off road hacking, showjumps and permenant small xc course

and this is in yorkshire

Certainly the fact the horse is exercised three times a week is bound to bump the price up. I'd have assumed I'd be paying well over £100 a week if all of the facilities are included and not an extra charge should you want to use them.
