how much would you pay for these hours - mon-fri....

hi.....

how much would you pay someone to work on your yard from 9-12 and 2-5 monday - friday....doing duties such as mucking out, takc cleaning, turning in and out etc etc etc.....

For a more junior person that you would need to keep an eye on then minimum wage.
For someone you could confidently leave sole charge then £8 per hour at least

I think you would probably have to pay them for the whole day though, from the hours you have listed it seems that you dont want tp pay for their lunch break.

Practically a full time job, 6 hrs a day depends on if supervised or sole charge.
And two hour break might be taken up with travelling anyway.

I wouldnt have thought it would be very attractive for someone to have to go home again then back in such a short space of time. Why cant they do 9-5 with an hour for lunch? It would be more attractive. I agree re split shifts but there is normally a much bigger gap giving the person time to do other things. I would pay £6.50 per hour.
