How much would you pay for this horsebox?

Been desperately searching for a box for some time now and have finally found one that fits the bill, but not sure about the asking price... what do you think?

3.5 tonne ford transit horsebox - 1996 Reg

Just under 200k on the clock
MOT til August
Sound floor (layered wood and aluminium)
Paintwork in good condition - v good condition aesthetically overall
Few advisories on the last MOT (nothing too major)
Cam Belt needs doing
No rust on chassis

My friend is selling something very similar, although is a Daf with an Ifor Williams box. Did a bot of digging around and came to the decision that 2.5k is about the right price
 
I brought some thing that sounds the same last nov with a full 12 months mot, 4 months tax had a lot of work done I.e. no advisories and paid 3,200 so 2.5k sounds right?
