Im intrigued to know what the price is now having seen all the different prices!!!
Down in Devon i can get 9 acres split into 3 paddocks, 4 boxes with tack and feed room, hay barn and machinery store, arena all with mains elec and water with copious amounts of parking top notch stables
for 150k
also for sale i can get the same but only 4.5 acres and not such nice stables and less parking for 70k

Surrey..... prices stink (in places)
lol, my house is 4 miles away from the land priced at £172k - and the house is worth only about 30-40k more!(and that has 3 bedrooms, garage and electricity!

wowzers!! its intruiging (sp!) how prices vary soo much!!
