Depends on the house really - how modern is it, and how good is the access etc. I keep seeing a property on fb in Aberdeenshire for 600k with 40? acres, a dozen stables and a decent sized house and annex (I think). For a smaller property, less land etc - considerably less... Mind you, I would pay nothing for it, as Aberdeen isn't where I'm looking to buy - which is the problem really!

Maybe £5-10k an acre for the land, - £35k, stables at £2-4k each - £12k plus the house (I don't know the local market but easy to look at similar on primelocation) - that is how the specialist agent valued ours

So find something similar house wise and add £50-60k.

At this time prob not a vast amount.

5 bed farm house, 16 acres, loads of farm buildings, outdoor school, lovely outlook. Offers over 375,000 - no interest at all.

Same area.

Blimey, wish i was thinking of moving this or next year!
375k wouldn't get a 3 bed house here (ok, possibly an ex local authority, but only if it needed major work)
Hope you get some interest soon x
