How much would you pay for.. (yard)

a yard to let, 6 indoor boxes 4 large out door boxes, various outbuildings.

flood lit outdoor, just under 6 acres of post and rail paddocks.

water and electric.

DOWNSIDES no living, it on a lane that runs paralle to the a30 (like a few meters away) its a dead end lane so you have to hack this way, general hacking in the area is pretty rubbish.
property is 3 miles from exeter city, 5 mins drive from the a30.

property has been for sale for over 6 months, huge price drop, im thinking of approaching owners to see if i can rent it..

Round here it would be approx £100 per stable per month - but maybe less in your area. -£600 a month i woiuld say and i would snap it up if it were in my area!

its a hard call i used to have a small yard 3 stables outdoor school an acre of land no water or eleccy. well there was but was run off a genny. £260 pm

where i am now i could take on a newbuilt yard of 8 boxes, tack room, feed room, use of indoor/outdoor school water and eleccy included, and all year tunout for 340 pm.

LOL it can be cheap, its just finding the damn places.. ive just started a business so need a private yard, hopefully in a years time, id be able to buy it! at 80k its well priced!

i have in the meen time planted the seed in the oh head about buying!

Sorry, not sure about renting but in Wiltshire, that sort of set up would be £120k plus if thats any help?
