Hello,

I need helping deciding on where to keep my horse on livery i have the chance to keep her on a fab livery yard but not sure on the price.

Bearing in mind the yard is geared towards competition riders
So what would you pay for:
24/7 grazing for summer months,
out during the day in at night for winter.
use of outdoor floodlit school
24/hr supervision, CCTV cameras covering yard/entrance etc.
Expert advise form YO,
on site farrier
Monthly vet clinics on yard
Reduced entry fees to competitions held there
and a 30x60 arena to hire.

So what would u pay for diy on a yard like this? and what do u currently pay and whats included/facilities like?

thank you HR

depends whether DIY, assisted DIY part or full. bedding straw or shavings? exercised? tack cleaned? groomed? rug changes? etc and of course the area you live in and the site facilities and insurance!

I paid 35 per week for DIY on a very similar yard in Kent - it's probably one of the most expensive areas down here. Really does depend where in the country you are

I pay £216.66 for my two horses on DIY livery. Large paddocks, stables, acres and acres of off road hacking, 5 mins from the beach, very large floodlight school. 24/7 summer grazing, new XC being built in the Spring

but above everything else the other livery owners are so nice, no bitchiness or trouble of any kind

for that alone I would pay above the asking price
