i have a 16hh thoroughbred mare that i am thinking of selling. shes dark bay with flashy paces always performed in an outline. She raced when she was 1 till she was 2 and from then went on to be an eventer meaning she can do all aspects of riding. i am 14 and have jumped her 1m20 and she has scope to go higher hoowever i dont have the nerve. she has turned 12 in february and i have decided to go ahead and maybe find something that i could show in hunter classes as she is a showing lady. i have had a lot of fun with this mare and still unsure whether to sell. i have been offered £3500 but how much should i put her up for? thanks cloey x
 
I was just going to say that.

I presume she means was in training as a filly and then raced as a 2 year old?
 
i dont really know much about the racing but i went on racing post and it said she had raced when she was 1. i also thought it was young but it may be a mistake. she can hack in company but will not hack alone long distance and shes good to box clip and shoe however would only be suitable for experienced rider due to breeding and fizzy temperatment if shes not worked properly every day.
